To solidify your session you’ll pay a deposit, following our consultation. The remaining balance for your photoshoot is due on the day of the session. If you do not see the session or location you’re looking for contact us and we’ll book your unique session for you.

All the good photos captured during the shoot will be provided to you.

At Reevl, we believe you're investing not just in our skills but also in the time we spend with you. The time you have with us lends hundreds of beautiful moments. It’s impossible for us to edit all of the images captured from the photoshoot but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have access to the good moments captured during your session.

Only a selected number of images will be edited but you will get a copy of all the good images captured during your session.

The Reevl’s photographer has a history with modeling and posing in front of the camera.

They will help you with posing so that you feel confident and pose throughout your photoshoot.

Clients have the ability to reschedule once and must make their request to reschedule at least 21 days prior to their shoot date.

Any fees associated with rebooking the location will be paid by the client.

We will work with you to find a new time that works for the both of us. But please be mindful that rescheduling may impact our ability to rebook your desired location again, significantly push back their shoot date, and there may be additional fees.

We are based in the Houston, TX area.

We do travel and would love to work with you on creating your customary experience in the location you choose. Contact us.

You can cancel by contacting us or by using the cancel appointment option in your online profile.

If you cancel, you forfeit your deposit + 20% of any additional payments that were made by the client.

If the Reevl has to cancel your photoshoot they will return the deposit back to the client within 14 days of the cancellation.

Running late happens to us all, but it does deduct time from your session.

Please let us know if you’ll be running late.

If we’re working within a timeslot, for example at a studio we cannot run over our time because of the strict rules given by the studio.

Even if you arrive and only have 30 minutes left in your shoot we can still capture magic.

We try our best to turn around each shoot within 14 days.

If you want your photos back sooner, let us know and we’ll work to make it happen (additional fees may apply).

We accept multiple forms of payment.

For the deposit, you can pay by debit and credit through our website.

You can pay by card, cash, Cashapp, or Zelle for your final payment that’s due on the date of the photoshoot.

Typically, there aren’t any additional fees.

Unless you’re looking to rent a maternity dress, add props that are not included, and/or need to reschedule or cancel a photoshoot.

For outdoor sessions, The Reevl will notify you before your session to offer the option to reschedule or migrate to a studio that’s available at your scheduled time.

Indoor session where the weather prevents either the Reevl team or the client from safely making it to the designated location we will reschedule.

Anyone booking can make installments leading to the day of their photoshoot but your balance must be paid off the day of the photoshoot.

You can bring up to 2 adult guests to your session unless asked not to.

No children except those included in your photoshoot are allowed.

Since some locations have limits as to how many people can be present during a booking it will be dependent on the nature of the shoot.

Please let The Reevl know in advance if you plan to bring guests. It’s required to disclose the identities of your guests before the photoshoot.

Sure you can. Adding props or crafting a custom theme does require an additional investment.

Remember we’re creating your vision. If any of the locations you choose for your photoshoot are missing a key prop let The Reevl know and we’ll try our best to source it for your shoot.

The cost of your photoshoot includes a specific number of edited images as well as all the good files, unedited, from your shoot.

If you would like additional photos to be edited we can make that happen for an additional fee.

We are open to it!

Let us know if you’d like us to provide the behind the scenes shots or if you’d like another photographer to capture the moments.

You’d need to let The Reevl know 30 days prior to your photoshoot.

The reason we’d need to know so far in advance is to make sure the studio allows the number of people that would be attending. Secondly, if it’s another photographer, you’d need to share the name of the photographer and how many people they’d be bringing.
